1. Why should I choose you to help me with my interview performance?

4. What happens during the 2-hour mock interview session?
Before your in-person or video session, we prepare by reviewing your resume and applicable job descriptions. We also research your position and industry to develop a strategic mock interview that will help you practice, and provide feedback on your answers so that you confidently express your brand and value proposition that you would bring to the job. We then diagnose any problem areas, including nervous body language or lack of direct eye contact, that could sabotage the impression you are making and correct them. By showing you exactly how to convince the employer you are the top candidate that deserves the job offer, we elevate your confidence and give you the skills you need to succeed.
5. Can I work with you in person?
Yes, you can! We have an office in San Francisco for in-person sessions. We also do much of our work by video call, and that works well too. The choice is yours.
6. My biggest interview problem is nervousness. Can you help me?
One of our specialties is helping clients overcome their nervousness using effective cutting-edge strategies. You will learn how to use your nervousness to your advantage and prevent it from getting in your way.
7. I’ve never negotiated my salary. Can you help me with that?
We would love to help you get the highest salary possible. Most job offers are negotiable, but you need to know how to do it. The great news is that we can teach you how to navigate salary offers so that you can achieve the highest compensation package possible – you’re worth it!
8. Can you review my resume and give me feedback?
While we don’t provide resume writing services, you can use part of your session to get feedback on your resume. As a recruiter for 14 years, Frank’s insights are invaluable.
9. I haven’t interviewed for many years. I’m out of practice and rusty. Are you experienced in my situation?
No problem. We keep up with the latest trends in interviewing and will help you develop and practice a great strategy, so you will make a confident impression and articulate your value to any prospective employer effectively. You’ll go into interviews fully prepared and confident.
