What types of clients have you worked with, and in what industries?
Frank has experience in supporting clients from tech, healthcare, finance, ecommerce, banking, academia, and bioscience, along with many innovative startups. We generally work with clients who have at least five years of experience, all the way up to the executive level. We also have an extensive network that enables us to stay current on interview trends, and Frank thoroughly researches and prepares for your mock interviews so that you have a competitive edge.
What happens during mock interview sessions?
Before your Zoom video session, Frank prepares by reviewing your resume and applicable job descriptions. He will also research your position and industry to develop a strategic mock interview that will help you practice and provide feedback on your answers so that you confidently express your brand and value proposition that you would bring to the job.
When you meet, Frank will then diagnose any problem areas, including distracting body language or lack of direct eye contact that could sabotage the impression you are making and correct them. By showing you exactly how to convince the employer that you are the top candidate that deserves the job offer, Frank will elevate your confidence and give you the skills you need to succeed.

Absolutely! The advantage to our mock interview sessions is that they will take place via Zoom – you’ll get practice, tips, and feedback on the impression that you are making so that you’re ready.
English isn't my first language and I have struggled with interviews. Can you help me?
While I am not an English tutor, I have a successful track record of helping clients of all backgrounds and nationalities articulate their value effectively, even if English isn’t their first language. I will also teach you to sell yourself convincingly by focusing on your strengths and talents.
My biggest interview problem is nervousness. Can you help me?
One of our specialties is helping clients to overcome their nervousness using effective and cutting-edge strategies. You will learn how to prevent it from getting in your way.
I got the job! Do you help with salary negotiation?
We would love to help you to achieve the highest salary possible. Most job offers are negotiable, but you will need to know how to navigate this situation so that you are always at an advantage. The great news is that we can teach you how to negotiate higher salaries and improve other aspects of your compensation package. You’re worth it!
Can you review my resume and give me feedback?
Although we don’t provide resume writing services, you can use part of your session to get feedback on your resume. As a recruiter for 14 years, Frank’s insights are invaluable.
I haven't interviewed for many years, and I'm both out of practice and rusty. Are you experienced in my situation?
